3. HTML — copy & paste into Gmail

Settings → General → Signature

How to add it to Gmail (30 seconds):

Click Copy HTML above.
Gmail → ⚙️ See all settings → tab General → section Signature.
Create a new signature, click into the editor and press Cmd/Ctrl + V (Gmail recognises HTML automatically).
Set as default for New emails and On reply/forward. Save.

Bulk mode — for IT/HR (all 40 people at once)

CSV → 40× HTML files

Paste CSV in format: firstName,lastName,position,phone,email,linkedin (one person per line, header on first line). Generates a list — copy each one or download all as .html files.
